PUBLIC is a caffé, bar and function space located on Franklin Street, a short distance from Adelaide’s Victoria Square and CBD.
Our style is an eclectic mix of ‘old and new’, inspired by the theme of public spaces, such as old railway stations & grand libraries. PUBLIC is a destination eatery for the quick lunch or the lingering foodie.
Begin your day with an outstanding coffee and breakfast from 7am. For lunch, we offer a selection of on-the-go items, such as gourmet rolls, oven baked tarts and freshly made salads. All of our desserts and pastries are made by our in-house pastry chef. A full kitchen menu is also available for lunch, Monday-Friday. FRIDAY NIGHTS are PUBLIC’s only trading night, where cool tunes set the vibe and a fun bar menu features. Each week, our Head Chef, Stewart Wesson will also create an ever-changing selection of dishes showcasing his culinary talents.
